Over the many years that I've been browsing auction sites, I've come across a lot of items that were not only suntan oder bleached, they looked like they were toasted, grilled, painted or as if someone had printed out a black and white cover and replaced the original one with it! As it is always fun to see those sad pictures, I thought I'd start a thread about it. Please contribute the pictures you find, but only very extreme cases, not the regular slight discoloration I'll start: Saturn Racing Wheel... it used to be red like on the right.
Looks like someone used that box as a work surface while spraypainting something if you ask me... A while back I almost bought a bunch of faded N-Gage games, thinking they were some kind of unknown edition, or misprint. They weren't 'faded' per se, but had completely changed color from green to blue - while keeping the blacks intact. Odd.
