Kirby 64 box missed the boat?

if you look at the pal version box of kirby 64,it looks like the left out a lot off of the box,for instance;the ONLY FOR: flap is missing,and there only stands PAL on the front end of the box

when the USA version DOES has the ONLY FOR flap

what has gone wrong there?

 

Look at some other PAL boxes and you'll notice that none of them has that flap.

 

Nothing went wrong anywhere, they simply resized the cover and added more background and that stupid black frame.
Same thing happened for many games, like Super Mario 64.
And some PAL games did come with that 'only for' flap.

 

As I remember, many game boxes have different looks.

Pokémon Snap, Perfect Dark, F1-World Grand Prix, and many others.

It's just not following 100% the pattern like the US ones...
