Have you tried Yesasia.com? That site has Chinese, Korean, and Japanese media sections... along with electronics. You might find some stuff there!

They have more functions then an Apple Ipod, are better built then an Apple Ipod, look nicer then an Apple Ipod, less likely to be mugged then a mug with an Apple Ipod, have better sound then an Apple Ipod, cheaper then an Apple Ipod and best of all you don't have to give money to Steve Jobs.

LOL, thanks for covering me there. Yeah, I have never bought anything there except for some music, so I'll take your word for it.

 

My Zune has all those qualities, although it's made by MS so I guess that last one is moot.

 

When I went to IFA this year (the Berlin eletronics fair), I bought some awesome Korean headphones, my brother got a kickass mp3 player.

On the fair, there are always 2-3 halls devoted to Korean, Chinese, etc. electronics. It's mostly junk but there are some nice exceptions. I got a kick ass keyboard two years ago, too.

 

I have a Zune as well, and I think it kicks ass. Much better than any ipod I have ever seen.

 

Yeah, Zunes are kind of thick, it doesn't bother me much though. At least the new ones are slimmer.

 

my iPod is about 1/3 as thick as a zune and holds more. Zune=Fail

 

At least when the new Zune's come out the early adopters still get the new features.

 

I still haven't found an MP3 player that sounds better than my Zen Vision:M.

 

I've got a Zen as well. Mine's the micro. Great sound from such a tinny player.
