Manchester Police (UK) responded with an armed response team to local Police fears of a female gunman armed with a pistol. The 6' plastic Lara Croft promotional statue was glimpsed by keen beat police though the living room window & they genuinely thought they had caught sight of an armed woman! To add insult to injury, the owner Mr. David Williams had the statue held as evidence for an embarrasing 5 days! The Police refused to comment directly, but finally dropped the case. The statue was returned badly damaged. I guess Mr. Williams with be suing for damages.
Well, I am speechless, but that is just fucking stupid really. Heck it is worse than some of the stuff the police do here. But hell, I would laugh my arse off, if anything similar happened here, when it came to stupid Jute pigs, who where I am, we say they didn´t inherite the farm. A Jute is the person who lives in Jutland. And many cops on the main island are Jutes. Just to clarify to everybody, the Jute is a Dane who comes from Jutland.
