Not quite sure about the origins, but I think it was either sold or distributed freely in germany, it contains 3 mini games that are rip off of flash games, actually the ones in this game are made in Flash too. It also contains the Magna Cum Laude demo. But now, here something interesting, I decided to look over the files and turns out that actually the censor bar in the sex animation is not alongside the frames, but as an layer above, that means the game does have hidden uncensored sex (Hot Coffee anyone?). Germany and it's weird censorship, violent games is not OK, but games with raunchy sex and even this boxart which is kinda more raunchy than Magna Cum Laude one is OK, actually I think that the uncut version was even sold there.
There's three versions of this abomination, XS (freely downloadable demo, only contains "nightwatch"), XL (has "nightwatch" and "bar wars") and XXL (has all three games). The censored minigame (and I use "game" in a very loose fashion here) in question: And yes, we got both the normal and the uncensored version of MCL here.
Say no more. There's some really really weird censorship going on there. Music being the one that I see most (aside from Swastikas showing up and all that).
Why censor something that is perfectly legal? And if you absolutely have to censor why not censor the illegal part? The only sensible thing would be to enforce age restrictions and remove censorship altogether though.
Not sure as i am not from Germany, there is only the Larry remake on steam as MCL and beyond was considered trash by the fans. Ratings, there is both the Magna Cum Laude censored and uncensored version, most stores won't sel an AO game. Also, Germany and Australia have an bad fame of being strict over games, sometimes even publishers end not releasing the game there because it's simply not worth to censor.
