    Hmm, it was an emulator? Surely that's violating SNK Playmore's copyright... and we know how they feel about people doing that!

    What is the malware, exactly? It doesn't have very many permissions, but it has one that I'm always wary of:

    I assume they use this to pause a game when a call comes, although I'm not sure that's necessary. Also, I don't see why Google didn't make that a separate feature. Letting an app know when a call is coming in and letting it know what number is making the call are two very different kettles of fish.

    I don't know whether SNK would appreciate you suggesting people fill out that last form on their behalf, though.

    I filled it out with my own name, my own e-mail, the 'other' option and stated copyright infringement as I wasn't aware of any malware.

    It is a shame reall but Oh well - not like he didn't have it coming to him.

    It doesn't really bother me. It takes significantly more resources and effort to conduct his activity, than it does to ignore/ban/delete it once it occurs.
