I have an open ticket with Microsoft over Office 2010 that isn't giving me the free upgrade to 2013. I spoke with a lady on the phone and got this email a few hours after. Can you spot the problems? lol "Microsoft" but sadly thats not underlined alot of the time with tech support they're based in multi lingual centers, written english may not be good while spoken fine or vice versa. maybe they just didnt proof read the email before sending
