US LF someone with EPROM burner and 27c4001 EPROM

    I don't have a programmer, my old one burned some years ago (it was WIllem, lasted about 100 EPROM) and I never got a new one. I am looking for someone to take the ROM and burn it to 4mbit EPROM such as 27c4001. Prefer US for cheaper shipping.

    PS what's a good programmer in case I need one? Something that can handle old EPROM and will work under Windows 10. like TL866 or minipro?

    TL866=minipro it'a a good programmer get one as it's really helpful and works with xp/win7/8/10 x64/x32 without issues. 27C4001 is on it's support list.

    TL866 is great for the money.
