    I got a spare vita that is like new, a small hair line scratch on the screen.

    3.60 Activated for ePSP, No memory card.

    It's not a DEV/TEST unit. It was a IDU/Kiosk turned into CEX("Retail").

    Honestly it really depends on the average buyer. I mean its easy to buy a Vita that is anything less than $330 brand new and can update it. So then it comes to the small buyer base who want it on the firmware and already hacked and/or the smaller majority who want a NFR console. Anyways good luck!
