    Mike this price is way too cheap!!My opinion you should double the price! The Partners model comes with name plaque on the console and letter from Sega partners club.
    There is no such thing as special plate.

    Partners model never came with a keychain.
    I have a new Partners Model.
    They key chain you could buy through being a member of Sega Partners club along with other bits and pieces.

    I confirm that neozeed's info - these keychains were sold separately.

    @neozeed: Need money fast as my wife left me. So i better sell cheap than never.

    I wonder if it wasn't the same case for the Dreamcast scooter.

    It was not for sale but you can also see Sega Partners press badge on YAJ sometimes.

    edit : i messed up , i just checked mines and the registration date matches with E3.
