    Good day ,

Is there a way to backup my Lindbergh Rambo arcade game (IDE drive) and/or clone it to a much newer hard drive. (the old harddrive has started to have "clicking" sounds).

I only have the Lindbergh Red EX, and Rambo game installed (guns wiring , io board and other stuff), NO DVD drive, or DVD installer was included when i bought it second hand.

i had downloaded a file DVP-0069.CHD off the internet (presumably an image of the DVD or the hard drive) i dunno if this is of any use.

    -thank you for any advice

The hard drives are locked to the key chip, so you won't be able to use a downloaded MAME CHD.

IIRC, you have to install the game from a DVD to a new hard drive, or get a replacement drive that's set up already. You could perhaps try cloning with regular PC hard drive cloning software, but you might get an error code.

Thank you for the info. I'll just buy a DVD installer for this.
