So I'm on the phone with a Gamestop employee and he's telling me that linksys routers and this product won't work together? Is that true? I find that hard to believe...

Anyways, I don't want to open it yet so can someone help me disprove or prove his statement

    Btw I have
    A Linksys WRT54GS Wireless G Router

If you are having issues and the router is old, you may wish to consider upgrading the firmware.

This helped fix my PS3 disconnection issue. Linksys had a bug in their router code for the WRT50
