i don'tsee any metroid , mario 64x4 , the new mario bros and others tittles like that. :smt009
and a four sword new work have been anounced. :smt024

  7. A new Secret Of Mana is a HUGE draw for me, but I'm still a little torn - the PSP is getting Vampire Chronicle and the Advent Children movie, plus a few others I can't remember, and while looks don't matter as long as the games are good, the PSP looks less like a kyak or a damned refrigerator door.

As of now however the DS has the most compelling software selection for me - PacPix, New Super Mario Bros, Animal Crossing, Harvest Moon, Castlevania, Boktai (please make it playable for those of us who live somewhere other than the surface of the sun :prayer: ), a new Secret of Mana..... Although I still feel cheated by and hate, HATE their idea of "We have two screens!! Screw any added gameplay content, let's just make it so they never have to press the start button ever!!" :smt011 :smt011

no, i think 2 screens are really a plus in some games plus a tactile screen (or maybe the two screen are tactiles? :smt017 ) really add to
inovation (imagine rts like that! , and did you looked that metroid video ? :prayer: )
the psp and ds interest me , but a bit more ds for now , because alot of good games are comming , the system inovate in this saturated gaming wolrd , the price will be not so bad and sony didn't show alot of games for now.

    WILL PEOPLE STOP SAYING THT!!!!

Gawd this is not Inovative... its an upgrade....

its just like the old two screen thinggy nintendo came out with like 20 years ago but with more power and a touch screen...!

  10. I agree with Paulo, there's nothing terribly innovative about being allowed to see your inventory on a seperate screen. And while I have seen the Metroid video, have YOU seen how it's to be played? Visualize: Your left hand holds the DS and uses the D-pad for moving and strafing, and your right hand holds the stylus to look about the screen and shoot.

    Let me reiterate.

Your right hand holds the stylus IN FRONT OF THE GAME SCREEN to look around and shoot. I don't care how cool a portable Metroid Prime is, that little 'feature' is set right there to render the game completely unplayable.

Bar the screen issue... hows in the hell do yuo keep it stable in your hand while using a d-pad and taping the screen on the other side...

This is not true anymore GSL,Miyamoto has stated twice now that you will be able to use standard button controls as well as this control method after the feedback from E3.

touch screen is inovative , that's my opinion, you never played a ds game with touch screen option, so you cna't tell if its bad or not , its inovative , yes, but we can't tell if its bad....

so pleaze , stop yelling at me when is say my opinion.

    Metroid game

One thing is for sure... No one liked the control scheme of the DS Metroid demo at E3 :smt043

  17. Ah good, I'm glad they fixed it. When I first heard about the game at E3, I doubled over laughing at the fact they were serious. The idea of a stylus controlling the look is a good one, but just not holding it in front of the screen - maybe if the screen were displayed on top, and the map, which you'd use less, were on the touchscreen, which still controls the looking and firing, etc. It wouldn't be a whole lot weirder than say mouselook on a PC FPS or whatnot.

And cahaz, we're not yelling at you, just stating our opinions that the dual screen technology doesn't seem too terribly innovative, more like gimmicky, but time will tell. Despite all my criticisms, I really am looking forward to the system.
