This prototypes are really exist today are : Off The Wall Marble madnees Tsushin Tool Pc Denjin Caravan version Do you know some others prototypes unreleased Pc Engine games on Hucard. Pc Genjin 4 RPG ?.... Thanks
What? Is this the same "off the wall" that was released as a "brown label" Atari 2600 game? Or something with exactly the same title?
You guys got some sources? AFAIK, Bonk was a whopping 20% complete, which probably means it wasn't playable. Thibaut: As I've asked before on Japanese Gaming forums, do you have any sources, pictures, etc. for these prototypes that are known to exist? I mean people talked about the 5 SGX Striders forever which is a crock of shit if you ask me. Tsuushin Tool -- I take it this would've come with the modem?
GaijinPunch : I have very good sources for this 4 prototypes, I know they´re exist, it´s sure. I have the prototype Off The Wall, there are 2 copies of Marble Madnees, I have see pictures and video of Pc Denjin Caravan Version, and a good friend have the prototype Tsushin Tool (yes come with the modem, I search one....). But for the 2 prototypes SGX and Pc Genjin 4 RPG, we are NEVER see any pictures of the board prototype. Prototypes Popils and Peter Rack from Tengen Eproms are been cancelled. Someone are more infos ? Thanks
Cocoron ain't a Hucard... but yeah, we all know that exists. I actually have heard of Marble Madness making it's way to YJ some years ago, as did the PC-Engine Modem. Is this the time you saw the Tsuushin Tool? What's the differences of this one and the regular release? I've only seen pictures that were in some PC-Engine (PC-Engine Fan?) magazine some years ago of PC Genjin RPG. None of the SGX protos. Good to see you're still alive though, Thibaut!
GaijinPunch : Prototype Pc Denjin Caravan version was made to be "The 8th Caravan shoot" in Hudson Soft events every years. But developpment was too late and it was replace by Soldier Blade in Caravan 92´. But a prototype is still alive. I saw prototype Tsushin Tool 2 times : one on Yahoo auctions with the modem but without the box, and the second time a good friend have a complete Tsushin Tool with modem, with the box and all are a number "NEC Sample N°XX".
Old thread I know, but curious if anyone has seen actual screens/video of MM on the PCE? I saw a flyer for it on Yahoo Auctions (along with Off the Wall) along with advertisements on the music CDs "That's Atari Music #1" for MM and Peter Pack Rat.
