Why would it be wrong? Assuming it's consensual I dont see any problem. Unless, you're a dick to them in some other way, but that'd be bad regardless of proximity in age.

Why would somebody need advice on this is beyond me, I mean if your credit card fits in the slot and cash comes out then more power to you. Anything between 18-50 with the upper regions being an aquired taste is still within their expire date.
I wouldn't say it's wrong. I believe it's just a matter of personal taste. It is pretty common for women to go out with older guys. So why not change things a bit and go out with a younger guy instead? If you like it and you're enjoying yourself, then good for you. The only problem may come in the babies department. If things really do get serious with one of these women, you may be facing the idea of fatherhood earlier than you may have expected. Or even, the idea of not being able to father a child at all (if the lady is menopausic). Either way, we're all adults and it sounds that you know what you're getting into. So... good for you (and for the lucky lady who's dating a guy 10 years younger)
