It was a free game we got when we got our first PC. A rough explanation is you were i think a penguin and you pushed blocks into the correct places. It was on 98 im pretty certain as i dont think we ever had a 95 computer. It also wasn't there when my brother reformatted to Windows 2000 or ME (way to go greg!) mainly trying to track it down for nostalgias sake. Info on whether it came on the 98 installation or if it was unique to a certain type of 98 ( or other OS) would be hepful too!
We might be able to help more if we had some more specific info other then "penguins pushing blocks", "Windows 95 or 98". It might have been a brand specific addon so info like what brand of PC did you have, and where you get it, and possibly if the copy of windows you had was retail or oem. This might be helpful. As far as games included on the Windows CDs, I remember this hover-bumper car game on the Win95 CD and a Jurassic Park strat game and some puzzle games. I have no idea about retail media or the floppy disks.
Maybe something like Pengo? A Sokoban clone sounds more likely though... Good luck finding the right one out of thousands.
