Looking for a few things

    I'm looking for a copy of Panzer Dragoon Zwei or Azel (Japanese versions, obviously with Azel). It doesn't matter if it's new or used. I was hoping to pay under $30 (including shipping) for either of the two.

    A PSOne modchip and The Raiden Project (NTSC only, doesn't matter US/Japanese) are also some things I was looking for.

    I know eBay is a good place to start looking for everything mentioned above (with the exception of the chip), but I'd rather buy from trusted people.

    Edit: Forgot to mention, I have a $30 limit since that's all I put into Paypal right now. I need money, and to gain money I must keep from spending too much of it :).

    DonPachi would also be nice :). I didn't want to have to order from some shady store in Japan.
