Looking for "middleman service" for japanese auctions

I'm looking for "middleman service" for japanese auctions and online stores such as yahoo.jp, etc.
My current middleman service charges 10% of item value(but not less than 1500yen!!!!) as fee + delivery inside of japan+etc. Yes, they make a good service - pretty fast, nice packaging and it's good then you buy something expensive but its absolutely uacceptable to pay 1500 yen when you buy/win item for like 200-2000 yen. Also where are some strange rules like:
-we send lots separately even if you bought them from one seller
(i pay more for shipping).
-we pay for each lot separetely
(they charge 500 yen for each banktransfer and not i'mportant if they transfer 1000 yen or 100 000 yen).

So if any of you know better middleman service which charges less than 1500 yen as minimum fee and provides good service, please write here.
Note: They should be able to send my items to Russia and accept Paypal.

Nice thread but i'm looking for somekind of company - i'm very unsure that i'll find someone who will agree to provide such service 24/7 and will charge low fee.

I used shopping mall japan and I was satisfied, but I would love to get some cheaper option to buy ntsc-j xbox360, since they won't throw away instructions/boxes on my request to decrease item weight.

I used it to buy a ps3 once, absolutely perfect service, this guy replies to e-mails like 24/7. If you buy many items maybe it will be hard though because I think you have to tell him what to buy and he'll bid. 5% fee sounds better than 1500 yen minimum though.

I contacted them
5% or 100 yen if item is under 2000 yen - good for shopping in stores.
bad for auction because after you fill order form and transfered deposite they place bid straight so bigger chance to be outbid - no sniping.

 

The guy is like absolutely stupid, i never met so shitty service. Look at their small list of service rules - compare with any other middleman.
I asked sharpservice to pack my item in 2 strong cartoon box&bubble wrap etc. and offered them extra money - all to receive item in the same condition as in auction. I repeated it 3 times - thats what i got


Later i bought through them some items from e-capcom and decided to wait for a week while more items will be released(biohazard 15th) - they said that it no problem to wait and ship all items in one package.

When all items came to sharpservice and i requested the same package which requested before i decided to not pay them till they will show me photos of package.

They were f***ing my brains for a week and when they showed me the photos

On photos i find out that parcel is too small and i asked them to make sure that all my items are in the parcel.

They said that not all items are in parcel and other items will be shipped later.

I told them to pack all items in one parcel and show me photos - i didn't want to pay twice for shipping.

One week more and parcel was shipped(via EMS - express courier shipping)&i was satisfied with photos of parcel.

15 days since import from japan were past and i thought that its time to start investigation/writting claims to the post.

When i contacted sharpservice and asked them to write claim to japan post they just called to japan post and asked them about my parcel - sharpservice gave me the same information which i can get from tracking number. And thats all what they did - later they just replied me "you still didn't got your parcel - what a mess" few times.

On 25th day since import from japan i was very close to go and claim these gift transactions via bank but parcel suddenly appeared in Russia.

From all my expirience with them - sharpservice is shit. Not reliable from all sides.

Certainly i understand sharpservece mostly work with japanese - shipping inside japan is cheaper when international, also japan post is very reliable and items getting lost/damaged extremelyr rarely so i guess its easily possible to be a bullshit service and not be bankrupt.

Also in September my russian middleman decided to change rules and started to charge 10% without 1500 yen minimum(this mean that i'll pay 5 yen fee for 50 yen item). Yes russian middleman charge 500 yen banktransfer to seller fee - in fact it lower, and yes my russian middleman have a contract with ems so he gain profit from shipping price but my russian middleman is
-able to make requested package perfect for free.
-i see whats going on with everything i buy while its on the way to my russian middleman's storage
-they can accurately open new lighters to disassemble it in 3 parts(requirement for shipping), i'm not sure other middle man can do the same for you for free.

So i'm back to my russian middleman.

His great service & packaging totally makes you forget that some rarer items he forwards tend to smell like manly love.
