Not really sure if this would get any attention here. My last PC is an old Acer maxed out with 4gb of RAM and a 2.16gHz Intel Dual Core that has an integrated video card. Now with that being said I just came into possession of a new desktop with an i5 & 6gb of DDR3 RAM. The issue is the video card a Radeon HD 4650 the fan has seized up but still works.

I need to get the part replaced. It is a Power Logic PLD05010S12HH and I can only seem to find one from China for a moderate price or $50-$75 here in the US. So I was hoping someone here might have one for sale or maybe point me to a place.

Till then I plan to use the on board GFX card and upgrade the HDD and a few other things. Anyhow I would appreciate any help or where to obtain this. Sorry not really into PC's at all just an old school console gamer. Thanks in advance.

That is the part I need in case I wasn't clear.

You'll probably have a really hard time finding just the fan. Here's what I recommend you to do :
Get a different video card, ( You can easily buy a video card with the same performance of an HD 4650 for under $10)
Get a similar video card in any condition and just remove the fan, replace it with your current fan.

You have an entry level video card, the same model of this video card also comes without fans and just a heatsink, the small fans on these old video cards are horrible.

I found the fan for you
