US Looking for some elusive Digital games and DLC.

I am looking for the few items. God Eater 2 Rage Burst pre-order DLC alone or bundled with game on steam, Ragnarok Odyssey ACE Tales of Symphonia DLC on PS Vita, One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 pre-order DLC on PS3 (UK or PAL), One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 pre-order DLC alone or bundled with game on steam.

Some DLC as well. For Warriors Orochi 3 Santa Costume pre-order DLC on X-Box 360, PS3 and Wii U (All if possible?) For Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate Toukiden Costumes pre-order DLC for X-Box One and PS4 (All if possible?) and last is for Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate as well, The Giant Saw and Pumpkin and Black Cat DLC alone or bundled with game on the PS4 .

The pre-order DLC for God Eater 2 Rage Burst on Steam. It contains costumes from other games (Sword Art, Tales of Zesteria and etc.) for use in God Eater. It was originally a pre-order bonus, but forgot to buy it before it came out and not sure if this DLC will be put up to purchase in the future.

The Tales of Symphonia DLC for Ragnarok Odyssey Ace on PS Vita. It contains 2 costumes and some other equipment for use in the game. It was originally put as a free DLC, but it was a timed event and didn't get it before it was taken down. But I started to play the game recently and I would like to get the DLC now if possible.

The pre-order DLC for One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 on PS3. It contains 2 costumes and 2 missions for use in the One Piece game. It was originally a pre-order bonus, but pre-ordered the game, but didn't get the pre-order bonus DLC and I would like to get the DLC now if possible. I bought the UK or PAL version of the game.

The Warriors Orochi 3 and Ultimate version DLC I missed because I wasn't looking into those games as much and didn't pre-order the games, but now I am and would like to get them if possible.

I would contact the publisher, but I have asked them about this in the past and I usually get the line, "This was only available as a pre-order bonus for the game, we can't give it out or it is not available anymore."

I know I don't really need the DLC, but I tend to like to get stuff like this if possible, so I would appreciate the assistance.

So I am hoping someone would have a spare DLC code for it that I could buy please? Or more likely perhaps someone who pre-ordered the game on steam which would contain the DLC and doesn't want it would sell the game to me as a gift over steam? Send money via paypal or something?

Or if someone has a idea of how I could get the DLC another way, please let me know.
