Looking for the System Disc 2 insert

Unfortuatly my copy of the System Disc 2 only has the manual, and I really would like to make it complete so I need the insert.

Is there anyone who has one for spare and wants to sell it to me?

 

I put mine up on ebay, it ends in an hour.

I can scan mine if you want to print out a nice copy of it... Not a perfect solution, but finding a lone insert might be kind of tough.

 

Is there a seperate insert from the manual? I take it the manual is the paper folded in half with the cover on it..? What does the insert look like?

If you could do that I will be thankfull, it isnt 'the' solution I'm looking for but it looks an hell lotta better then just the case and manual.

Well insert is maybe the wrong word for it, I just mean the back cover.
