    An easy tip:
    Track down one that says "Made in Hungary" on the bottom- Guaranteed to be a 1.0- that's how I did it back in the day using gamestop/ebay, etc while still keeping the systems' warranty stickers sealed...

    If you're still looking- do you need a full system, or just board & psu?
    I think I have a few spare gutted systems, but they don't have matching drives, so won't power up without modchip iirc.
    I'm too lazy to care about xbox stuff anymore really.

    to be honest- if you need a matching set of parts, I really just don't have the time to try and work out a key pair on the old parts i have around- partly as I don't have a chip myself anymore... sorry my reply apparently never got back to you!
