Looking to have quite a bit of work done on a Sega Game Gear

I have a few spare game gears in my possession that I'd like some work done on. Specifically I'd like the following modifications:

-Full cap replacement (for the obvious reasons)
-tap RGB out and run to an RGB->Composite board for TV-out
-de-solder cartridge slot and attach to a long ribbon cable
-9-pin controller port
-power switch detached from game gear

most of these mods I've seen done elsewhere. In case it's not obvious, my end goal is to take the innards of this game gear and put it into a nice consolized box so that I can play the games on a television. I've seen people create joypads for the game gear via passive wiring provided a 9-pin port is added to tap directly onto the contacts for the buttons on the unit itself.

Money is no problem, I simply want this done. I've contacted long-running Sega modder tiido about his services, but he's busy for quite a while and won't be able to get my project done in a timely fashion.

I've been meaning to restock on caps for Game Gears, but funds have been a bit tight. Hopefully I shall do so pretty soon - especially if I know there will be a few repairs to do right away. I'm probably on the other side of the World from you, though
