New Team ICO game That's sold me on PS3 already. Can't wait to see what they can do with this hardware. The games list looks nice. Especially the stuff coming from Sony, Capcom and Konami.
now the only thing that spoofs me, is carmack claimed the ps3 was a TOOL to develop for..lol.... and really, devs saying that the ps3 is hard to develp for have been known for months, why the change now? and kojima said that mgs3 subsitience which feautures an over the shoulder camera....would probably be in mgs4....so eh, we'll find out soon enough, when does tgs start btw?
You are forgetting that in MGS2, Metal Gear became public knowledge. And the Arsenal Gear couldnt just be explained away. Of course there will be a lotta resistance other than like 5 people. I for one, think an army setting with a lotta fire and cover and shit would be a cool change for the series. MGS3 was Rambo enough, and I liked it. This probably means they will have (more) vehicles than the rest of the series. Probably not drivable, but they might be more of a factor in the gameplay. I bet this is probably going to be an awesome Online game when it comes out. I just want to pilot one of the Gears and see what its like! XD Would be fun to see an online MGS game with vehicles to drive. A mech or two online would be fun, too! :-D
Just imagine being able to walk through entire city blocks with Metal Gear, shooting gaint lasers at skyscrapers and launching rockets at enemies.
Maybe there will be a spin-off series like 007: Rogue Agent where you play as Ocelot. Driving a REX or RAY would be so much fun!!!
I wouldnt really bother with this so called information. Its been nicked from a forum, from a forum , from a forum and i hear that its originated from the PSM camp... Also if the original article is a carbon copy of what will become print then this is coming for a magazine that resorts to writing "M$"....

I am a console whore i love consoles.. but i want is final specs on the ps3 before i buy. I am even thinking about waiting on the xbox 360... the games aren't there yet.
At this point Ocelot will be like 120 years old! PERHAPS, It is Big Boss in the future. ^_^ Or snake, who knows? Im predicting lots of MGS4 screens with a reference to "Grumpy old men" im the future. Looks cool to me. Otacon hasnt aged much, IMO...
I must admit, the MGS4 screens are incredible. Although I have a bad feeling that people will be talking about the "Grandpa Snake" for quite some time. Still, this is more impressive then Half Life 2 and Doom 3 right now, which is a mean feat. Although I am a little dissapointed with the way Devil May Cry is looking. Then again, we haven't seen any action screenshots, so it is hard to tell at this point.
This is Big Boss in the future. Mgs3 is like an introduction to a new character in the mgs universe ub the Mgs1-2-4 timeline. Otacon looks like the same guy, he's just more realisticly looking. Solid snake have no scrorched eye, but big boss do. Remember that konami website with the characters from mgs4? There was Solid Snake, Meryl, Otacon, Raiden,.... And Big boss. I'm pretty sure we'll play with Solid Snake. Anyway, Mgs4 seems like the Last chapter of a book, i'm pretty sure it will be very exiting.
Keep in mind two things: Big Boss lost his right eye, and the character in those screenshots has his right eye, and Big Boss was greatly burned.
