I remember reading somewhere that there was different revisions for the disk art on one of the SegaCD lunar games. One that I recall specifically was when the process to have the art go into the inner sections of the disk and the art was added to take advantage of the added space. Anyone know anything more?
I don't know about Lunar specifically, but Working Designs was notorious for releasing variant disc art. I'm not sure if their website is still up or not, but most of the variants were detailed on there.
Their Website went offline a really long time ago. Rest in Peace, old friend... On topic: They also had Fanart disc variants which are IMPOSSIBLE to find.
