Mad Catz MC2 Not working on PS2

I picked up a Mad Catz MC2 Universal wheel (http://www.amazon.com/Mad-Catz-Univ...s&ie=UTF8&qid=1415322195&sr=1-12&keywords=mc2), and it works perfectly with my Xbox and on the Wii (I assume on the Gamecube too, but I only tested the GC connection with a Wii), but I can't get it to work with my PS2, or a PS3/DC with the adapters. Should I check the PS2 connector?

 

If all else fails, you -could- use an Xbox/GC -> PS2 Adapter.
