Made in Ore, Sort of like Dezaemon for the DS

This turned up today, been dying to play it for ages & now i can finally have a go at making my own warioware microgames as this time round nintendo gives us the power to make our own games although there is 90 on the cart thatyou can mess with if you dont feel like it, it's pretty much is a mix of mario paint & dezaemon. I love the made in wario series of games so been able to do my own is like a dream hehe, let the corruption commence.

So much scope for peverted minigames LOL

In case nobody has seen what you can do with it heres one made by a imaginative person, mmm konami retro

When I first read the title, I thought this was going to be a new version of that shooter construction kit kind of thing.

This looks really cool and the WarioWare games are great, is it at all accessible to non-Japanese speakers?

That game looks awesome. I could see myself doing that Konami code one for hours.

The konami retro vid, is that one made on the Wii version of the game or something like that?

It's been uploaded to the wii version so it can be played on a big screen. The wii version is just for playing as it dosen't contain the game creation tools like the ds version does.

Sounds like a nice feature! Can the creations be uploaded/shared too? I'll be getting this soon.

Yes you can share the microgames, on the ds version you can share via local wireless between ds's or using friend codes you can use the online WFC, or you can upload them to the wii version & swap them between wiis.

When you make a game you can choose to lock it so others cant go in & use your artwork & stuff for their own microgames as one of the cool features is you can go into a microgame & borrow anything you see & use it in your own games.

Anyone thinking of importing it, be warned theres a lot of japanese in there & you'll need to be able to read & type japanese to pass some of the characters microgames. Out of the 90 built in microgames i'd say at least 10 of them are dependant on you been able to understand japanese.

    NECROBUMP!

I recently picked up the US release of this after seeing this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MSkBOcBTXfg

I've been having an absolute blast. I've been "playing" this almost exclusively for the last month an a half. It's really fun trying to work within the limitations.

So far my games consist of sprite rips and homages, but I'm starting to branch out now.

I've posted some videos in my YouTube Channel with my creations:

How long before someone makes a game where you have to jerk Wario off. Only a matter of time now.

Nice creations man. I bought the game when it came out but sadly haven't made anything with it. I was going to remake a few games like Guru Puzzle Logic & Picross but it demanded too much of my time to make (i'm not good with art, so I'm a little slower making stuff) which i'd rather put into coding instead. =P

I'm pretty sure it was done on day one already.

Thanks! Remaking Picross sounds like it would have been a pretty good idea.

It would be a pretty easy one to do based on the limitations of the game's action script.
