Seems like someone managed to make a Made in Wario-version for the N64DD Very impressive if you ask me, this had finally been a "cool" title for the system ;-) /edit I seem to be unable to get this embedding shit working, maybe some moderator can help and edit this? So long: http://www.youtube.com/v/-FoB3n1kxrY&hl=en&fs=1
The guy did not make that himself, this warioware like game is in all Mario artist blue disk (or maybe the red one, i don't remember) In fact Nintendo tested lot of stuff with the 64DD, lot of stuff developed for the DD eventualy got released. Like Wii Mii which come from Mario artist talent studio in part.
Yeah the guy did not make that. Just the gamecube model is all. There are two mini games in the Polygon Studio disk. One is the micro games collection (this video) and another one has you reving the speed of your object in which it flies down a track and tries to stop in a golden ring (eh not good description). There is also an additional mode where you drive around with your object in a 3d world. Too bad there weren't more games in the collection. I think nintendo was planning on doing a game studio DD disc that would let you combind the content from all the disk and to put a small game together. Damn the DD for failing before it came out.
Wait... so that Wario Ware esque type game was out for the N64DD? No... no way... NO WAY! I need videos of the other little mini games. Like driving around your object in a 3D World? That sounds awesome! GAH! Wish I had the DD. :crying:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nShk242IQc Same here, it's just mini game to put your final 3d model in situation. And yes, it looks a lot like the Wario ware serie
@all Thanks for clearing that up! Unfortunately I neither have a 64DD, nor did I knee myself too deep into its history, otherwise I'd may have discovered that by myself. But still very interesting I think as this game is almost the same as Made in Wario for GBA. The music and lots of minigames are even exactly the same.
That's amazing! Maybe it's time to dust off the old 64DD system and boot up some of the software. I think I've still got some of the Mario Artist titles too.
