    The Magic Knight Rayearth Game Gear isn't that valuable in Japan but you can get 50 pounds for it on EBay or at least the last one I sold went for that.

    50 pounds is a good price for a nice boxed one. More expensive models are the Coca Cola and white ones, I with I could afford those :(

    @TOE-NEE
    There were quite a lot of different colors released in Japan (yellow, light blue, white, various red LEs).

    Is the Kids Gear any different other than the name?

    It looks more Nomadish but apart from that it's just the same as a game gear.

    As you can see they look remarkablely like each other, easy to confuse the two as you can with these. :lol:

    On a related note, found a white game gear unboxed for a hundred yen once. :love:

    The screen looks Nomadish since the normal game gear has a bubble cover over the screen (or at least most models did).

    By the way, cats and dogs do look the same. A guy on crack said so.

    I've wanted one of those Rayearth Game Gears for ages, and didn't realise they came with the little charm thing - nice :)

    If I didn't spend the moneys on MD stuff, I'd start a nice Jpn GG collection!

    Saw one of the those MKR gamegear ages ago in some import store, thought it was the girl edition.

    Never saw that kids gear tough, kudos to SEGA for making it smaller than the original GG....

    PS: that last part was sarcasm.

    Those are some sexy Game Gears. I played mine so much when I was a kid with Sonic and stuff my left button broke. I took it apart ages ago and found that the pad underneath the dpad actually ripped, so I flipped it and now my up button doesn't work.
