I have one lone Makaimura (Ghosts'N Goblins) game token coin that is pretty beat up, and I was wondering how much its worth. It looks like the one below, only mine is silver, not gold. (and my have dings in it). Any clues? I have not seen a single one sold online!! Can't find these anywhere. Thanks!!!

Not a lot, it is a medal token from the Geki Makaimaru medal game. Although Capcom still make Arcade games they tend to be ones you can win prizes from.

You might be able to persuade someone to give you a dollar or two for it else they could get a few of them by going to an more family orientated arcade in Japan and winning them by playing the game. The Tokens have value as they can be regambled or exchanged for prizes.

Probably because they are only in Japan and they tend to be in large game places that most gamers would pass by as they would take a look at the games and think Pachislo, Pachinko and other coin based games, they are not intresting enough. I never see any western people in those sections, I mean did you know that Capcom did make medal games? And that they also produce a prize game based on New Super Mario Bros Wii?

I do have a few medals myself including a few street fighter ones. As they have some value a lot of the time they never get kept and are reused or exchanged for prizes.
