    I want this video to be featured on many main pages :D It took 5 months of work...

    Second, Kev's name is there to help my engrish survive.

    Third, the use of our oil: olive oil has a lower smoking point, this means that it's harder to burn than oil from seeds, so it's fair better for cooking, but way more expensive... That's why our oil is used mostly as "dressing".
    As for tasting, there is a school (that I did) on how to taste and recognize the oil. You have to make strange noises tasting the oil, believe me!
