Too bad Michigan doesn't have the death penalty. I'm generally opposed to it except for extreme cases but anyone willing to kill over a .03 drop in gas makes the list in my book.
Sounds like self defense to me if you've actually read the whole 2 paragraphs before making your own judgments. The both of them didn''t seem to be too bright though, regardless.
I'm not going to repeat myself. Revert back to previous post(s) re situations involving such incidents and you'll find what I think, you'll also see how other people differ, you'll noticed the thread gets taken over with political stuff, it gets more bitter, people argue a bit, then we calm down, make up and then someone (usually GoH) comes in with some sexist, homophobic, anti-normal-people comment, we all roll our eyes and then we start laughing at life again, go grab a console controller and forget the incident ever happened until someone post another "Person dies whilst...." posts. Thanks, it's been a blast!

Man japan is seriously fucked up. Oh wait.... ------------------------------------ Serous note, This could be self defence because the guy who was killed was the one who came over and started the confrentation. I think more information is needed before desiding how far the guys punishment should be. Still, people fight over some of the dumbest things.
