Nintendo's concept of branding is consistent, if nothing else.

 

It'll be like the Mario Pinball on the GBA, where Mario's the ball, and you have an infinite number of him. And after you're done, you take your box of Marios to the alley out back and trade them in for cold hard cash.

I had a mario baseball game for origional gameboy, everyone else was normal plane people other then mario and luigi, i think they might've shared the same models as the other player though. one character was named yoshi. come to think about it the only thing mario about it was the sticker on the cart, huh.

 

couldn't they just stop those mario sports tittles and concentrate to make a good mario platform adventure?

I agree with you. The only decent whoring Nintendo has done with the Mario liscence is Mario Kart (Needs to be truely online, none of this warp pipe crap), and Mario RPG/Paper Mario (I do hope they either port the first Mario RPG to the GBA, or at least make a Paper Mario DS game).

and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they made a Mario basketball, Football, wrestleing, signing game, hockey, rugby, soccer, and so on.

I couldn't agree more, the only worthwhile mario spin-off is mario kart.
I'd rather see more great mario games like paper mario 2 which is one of the best mario games in years
