    At least five or more have been on eBay since the beginning of this year.

    It's an older version of the HKT-0200 Sega Katana Controller Box. It connected to the Set 4 Sega Katana Development Boxes, which lacked controller ports, and worked best with either the MK-80117 Sega Saturn 3D Controller Pad or the HSS-0137 Sega Saturn 3D White Controller Pad.
