was watching ACA and the lady was under strict supervision and program by doctor and apparently she shed off 40 kg - from over 120kg down to 80kg in 4 months... amazing but when you look at the program which consisted of insane exercise regime, low carb diet as well as Optifast for B/L/D it's no wonder she lost that much...
needless to say missus was quite impressed and wanted to get on the same program...
Oh well...

 

Shit, I myself at Thanksgiving last year weighed 230 lbs.

In January, I started a very limited exercise program. Like running for ten minutes and doing three sets of weights. I cut the red meat and junk food consumption down like 80%

So far I've lost about 35 pounds and as of this morning weigh about 191.5- still should lose another 10-15 pounds of chunkage but goddamm do I feel great. My pants are all big, I had to get another belt, and there's like Incredible hulk veins popping out of my arms and stuff. And I get chicks a lot easier too.

It's suprising just how little you have to do in order to trim down and maintain a certain weight. My problem is I have no self control when it comes to junk food- I just eat everything in sight. So I work out more to compensate and over the last month have managed to keep it within a small five pound range.

I know how that feels, I myself need to lose some weight...
Though when I was in Japan, for some reason I never got really hungry... must have been the heat, I ate just 2 or 3 slices of toast (we love you Shop 99!) for breakfast, no lunch and then a bowl of noodles for dinner, but even then most of the eating was done out of habit. After 2 weeks none of my trousers still fit :smt043

 

What's sad is there are way more fat kids today then when I was one. Yeah there were maybe one or two overweight kids at my school when I was ten or so but nothing like today. Too much indoor activities and not enough outdoor ones.

 

Guess they don't want to get sued when some kid trips during PE... can't blame 'em :smt042

Oh no doubt. Not only that (going more OT) but the politically correct crap as well. Some schools have banned dodgeball because it encourages kids to pick on the weak and tag because the stigma of being "IT" causes self-esteem problems. What the hell is wrong with these people? They're creating a generation of pussies.

When I was ten they we used to have tackle football every day during recess. No pads or helmets. Hell, if you knocked the wind out of someone you got cheered. Nowadays if you play games like that or king of the mountain, tacklena, ect you're likely to get expelled.

Hopefully the teachers in some of your countries haven't totally lost it like the ones here.

Ahhh, i remember there law suite against acclaim, sueing them for 600k in dmages to the brand because acclaim did not want to make anymore games based on them.

Turns out that the reason was mary kate and ashley wanted 6 million as a licence fee. Little coporate whores, suckers of satans cock both of them.

How any one could find them attractive is beyond me, especially the one with the eating disorder, i mean enguage in rough sex with her and she'll be in the hospital before you get your dick out of your jeans!!!!!
