Hi there, does anyone here have the Matrix Online beta? If so, maybe we could have a match.

As a matrix fan myself, i signed up to receive it, but no responses came. :-(
well, it's true that i cheated when they asked for the power of my pc, i don't think i could run it anyway. I just whanted to have a beta and burn it on a cd (or something else like that) and include it to my collection, as a game collector and a matrix fan. :-(

anyway, any good? i heard it was terribly boring with '''Rolling-Dice'' combats, is it true?

i have been in that beta for a long time, and its no good. maybe they improved it, since they lifted the NDA... I have a radeon 9800 xt and it ran in 800 * 600 at like 5 fps, when half life 2 runs at 60-80 full settings full resolution, but sure ill play with u guys....phantasy star I wil still own u at CS

Well, the pre stress test version was pretty good for an MMO game (i just uninstalled the 5Gb the thing took off my disc). The variety on the missions is good, the battle-system now works, and the new tutorial helps fine tuning.

My only complaint - is it allways friggin dusk and dawn in Sidney? The graphics aren't too bad, but there's never a clear day in the Matrix. Also, people hog the phonebooths. When was the last time you saw 20 guys in line in a booth?

does it add something to the story or something? i mean, while you're beta testing, do you actually learn more about the story of the game and the matrix trilogy, or they cuted it to spoil nothing ? Maybe the didn't cuted anything in the beta, but you don't really learn something either. Anyone?
