Max Fighter to USB

Discussion in 'Modding and Hacking - Consoles and Electronics' started by simonbelmont2, Nov 13, 2010.

  1. I have an arcade stick Max Fighter PS produced by Genius (works on Playstation 1 and 2) that I want to connect to PC/Laptop.
    How I can do this?

    Thanks!

Use a PS1/2 to USB adapter which you can easily find on amazon or by searching google.

  3. I was thinking to create some device to connect the arcade stick to PC/Laptop USB.
I will try to find an adapter to see how it works.
    Anyway thanks.

USB controller chip that has an interface and connector for a ps1 controller as well as a spiffy case. The best you can hope to build at home without any real electronics experience is a Parallel Port adapter and I'm willing to bet you don't have such a port on your machine. Most don't these days.

  5. I was thinking to build one parallel port adapter but I don't know where to start. By the way I have that port on my both computers :))
