mega cd games burning speed

hi guys, I recently burned two mega cd isos for play on mega cd system at the speed of 8x (I couldn't burn them at lower speeds), I wanted just know if this speed can ruin the lens or there are no problems?

Burn speed doesn't work like that. If they read ok, then there is no problem.

Burning slowing is not always better, especially on modern writers.

 

I understand, so I can continue burning isos at 8x speed without problems, many thanks
