Need some sort of guidance to start troubleshoting how to fix this damage I caused:

I tried to lift Pin 20 of the CXA 1145, Composite Out, but instead of lifting the pin broke.
Now I have no image or sound.
I managed to replace the CXA 1145, but still the same

    It's a revision VA05 Japan,
I can hear the regular humming noise coming from the headphone port when I switch power the board On.

I imagined I should at least be able to hear the game's music from the frontal headphone without the Composite Out right? I got no RGB output either.

Anyone got a suggestion for me? Got my trusty analog multimeter and soldering iron ready, but I got no idea where to start checking.

hi nuclear , if you replaced the CXA1145 and you have no video or audio i think of the 2 below things.

    the replacement CXA1145 is DOA

if the CXA is ok the traces on the board may be damaged/lifted. You may want to do some Continuity checks for the traces the CXA starts from and goes to.

    best of luck

Trace to the Composite out pin was lost, managed to scratch the surface enough to bridge it and now its operating again!
