Right, this was lost in the transition, wondering if anyone can help -
I am aiming to improve the picture on a megadrive RGB scart lead- Have been told i need to use ~ 220uF caps - electrolytic. Which direction do i need to install them in the scart lead?

    Anything else i should know?

+ needs to be on the "MD side". But I don't think you really need them.

Cheers for that. The picture really does look quite poor - I'm hoping this'll improve it.

So cap's can make RGB signals look better? Interesting - I've been told before that they make no difference or make it worse, but now I'm confused...

I am even more confused by a slightly related issue - when I play Astra Superstars on my ST-V, with the RGB being a straight connection from JAMMA to SCART, the picture is wayyy too bright, and some colours bleed. However, when I play Baku Baku it looks much more "alright". Anyone got a suggestion?

Yeah, use some pots to attenuate the colour - or you could try caps.
