Howsit? Been a while since I have been here. Haven't modded any consoles for a few years as life been heaps busy. Anyway I have modded my first switchless Megadrive after having the PIC (based on d3000 not SEBs program I think I got them from someone). It changes colour of the LED and changes region fine, but if you change it and press reset, the language stays as previous. For example if you were on PAL and change to Japanese press reset you get USA instead. If you are on Japan and go to PAL, you get 50hz + JPN. Switching the console off/on works ok. I did have to cheat and use a NOR gate to invert my led as they are common anode type. Not sure if this would cause issues though. Cheers
Sussed this out, it is how it works on some games (Sonic 2 and Ghouls and Ghosts). You need to power on/off. Streets of Rage, Quackshot and a few others I have all act fine using the reset button.
