I have posted this here once already and I cant see it in the forums so once again,.. I received my Mega Everdrive the other day and I love it! but I'm having a weird problem that does not seem to of appeared in the forums. I cant run OS version 7,8 and 9, only as high as version 6. anything other than 6 and I get the put Megaos.bin in mega folder message. I'm using the micro SD slot but I imagine that shouldn't make a difference?? I really want to get the latest OS working as I see there has been much improvement to the in game menu. I'm running Firmware 4. Can someone please help me out here?
Update on this: Don't use really old or counterfeit cards!!! A friend of mine gave me a whole load of cards to try but they were all Chinese fakes or really old hard to tell of course. It was weird though, they ran OS v6 with out any problems, but ,OS 7, 8, and 9 would not work with them. I am now using an 8GB Sandisk card without problems!!!
