Mega Man Story Time line

I go though times where I just gotta play me some Mega man. He's my childhood hero after all.

But the story line isn't the most coherent thing in the world.

Now I think the story time line goes 1, 2, 3, 4, GB1, GB2, 5, GB 4, 5, GB 5
6, 7, 8, Rockman and Forte, Power Fighters, Power battles, X1, X2, ,X3, Xtreme, Xtreme 2 X4, X7, X8, Command Mission X5 X6, Zero 1, Zero 2, Zero 3, Zero 4, ZX, ZX Advent, Legends 1 and Legends 2.

Seems to the be the one that makes sense hmmm?

 

So, where does Mega Man 64 fit in? :lol:

 

Mega Man 64 = Mega Man Ledgens 1

 

Ah. Never liked any of them outside of 1-8 and the arcade ones anyway.

The time line isn't supposed to be coherent there are in actuallity multiple timelines. the originals = gb were one. The zero (or anything remotely related) series another. The x series. Legends was a real off shoot it doesn't fit into anyone and yet there isn't enough of it to call it its own timeline

MMHP doesn't seem to say anything along those lines.

I know X and Classic are connected and Zero shows up in the power battles ending for Bass.

the Zero series and ZX series are set up at the End of X6

and there are a ton of hints in Zero that legends is connected on this time line as well.

The only series outside the continuity is Star force and EXE/Battle Network.
