Megaman Battle network 4.5 and 3 black

I've been sitting on these for a few years now, bought then as a young teen. I'm wondering what the cost of them would be now? I see 130$ a piece on ebay and playasia. But I'm wondering what a more realistic price might be. Not looking to sell just wondering what the value is.
