Seeing how I've been interested by the game which has received some coverage in recent issues of Arcadia magazine, I have nothing to lose by signing this. Hope it comes out!

Signed but I won't get my hopes up :( I'm sure there has already been a petition for Melty Blood. Melty Blood is actually quite an undergrond cult hit over in Sega World leaving Guilty Gear XX empty all the time.

  4. Meh.. petition always seem to be a waste of time, but I guess I'll send it in anyways.

I didn't want to post another petition topic. This is a petition for a ps2 hack n' slash Berserk game.

So how many of you have printed, signed and mailed the petition form?

I have it on the pc. I'm trying to make it work. Anyone know what program supports virtual burning/mounting?

EDIT: I signed the Berserk petition. We definately need that game.

  8. I'm not a huge believer in the power of petitions, but it's definately worth a shot, as Melty Blood rocks.

For those that don't know, a bit of background info:
Doujin (self-published, non-commercial) software developer Type-Moon released their visual novel game Tsukihime in 1999 (I think), and it was actually well recieved (a rarity for most doujin games of that genre) due to amazing quality, on par with or exceeding a great deal of commercial releases. For a sequel to Tsukihime, Type-Moon paired with Watanabe Productions, and in an odd move created a sequel to their visual novel in an excellent 2d fighting game, Melty Blood. Melty Blood and its expansion, Melty Blood ReACT, were both released on the PC, and can still be purchased from places like http://www.himeyashop.com. Melty Blood: Act Cadenza is the recent arcade release on the NAOMI platform. So in case you're looking for a version to play in your own home, the PC editions are quite excellent, and not a whole lot different from Act Cadenza.
