Sorry, I don't personally know for sure, but I thought it never got farer than a few magazine screenshots and the odd "Damocles (Mercenary 2) is coming to the PC soon" type paragraphs. I did love Damocles on the ST, it was fantastic, and it would have been great to have had an enhanced version on the PC. Anyway, if you go to: http://mercenarysite.free.fr/mercframes_graphic.htm then you can see some (nice) screenshots of the PC version (no game download, sadly), and if you go to: http://mercenarysite.free.fr/mddclone.htm then you can download a fan-made program that plays [quote from that page] "The latest version includes Mercenary 1: Escape From Targ, The Second City, Damocles, and Mercenary III: The Dion Crisis." It's not the enhanced PC version of Damocles, of course, but at least we can now play the games on the PC without using Amiga/Atari ST emulation.
