Metal grounding clip Yoshi Island and Mega Man X3 SNES Super Nintendo Famicom

I was wondering about my copy of Mega Man X3 which shares a similar cartridge back plate to Yoshi Island but it does not have a grounding metal clip like Yoshi Island does. Would any of you who have Mega Man X3 (USA NTSC version) be so kind and check if their copy has a metal clip?

The first pic below is Yoshi Island. There is a metal clip that grounds the circuit board.

The second pic is Mega Man X3 removed from the cartridge cover. You can see the gold plate on the board where it would line up with the spot where a metal grounding pin or clip might be (but there is none).
