    OMG! Are you sure you dont live on the other side of the... "Mexicans" that live next door to me?
    They do that ALL THE TIME and it pisses me off. I have had to ask them 4 times to move there car out the front of my driveway and they act as if they dont know whats going on so I have to show them. Next time I am just calling the cops, because that is illegal in the first place.

    Simply call the police, every time they get loud. They will get the idea after the cops show for the tenth time.

    Also, closed to avoid issues about race.
