Mickey Mania 2 Footage Revealed

Footage for the unreleased Mickey Mania 2 has been revealed by people who worked on the game.

 

Wait...I have seen this video like...years ago ? :O

At least the black and white part in the beginning...

 

I like the film effect at the beginning, takes it a step further than the original game.

 

They state on Twitter that they hope to release the ROM as well.

 

I hope they do. So great that they're sharing so much recently. Who even knew this was ever in development until today? Hopefully a ROM release would lead to some neat findings in there, maybe more areas.

Ok as a fan of Mickey Mania: The Timeless Adventure of Mickey Mouse on the SNES & PS1 (haven't played the Genesis version but i do plan to pick up a loose copy), it really crushed me to see that there was a planned sequel but was really awesome to see it in motion. So you're probably wondering for those who are not in Twitter who is this good soul under the alias GameHut? None other than Jon Burton, the founder of Traveller's Tale! This may sound selfish but i do hope he manages to talk with Warren Lancashire about his role on Apeshit (Toki goes Apespit) for the Atari Jaguar, back when he worked at Ocean (since he works at TT to this very day)
