I was in Best Buy today and I saw a game called Mini Copter: Adventure Flight. Going by the name and the screenshots on the back, it looks an awful lot like Puchi Copter, the Japanese release. Yakumo reviewed it on Retro Core. If so, it'd be well worth the $30 they were asking for it. Does anybody know if these are the same game?

Yep, as Ed the Nerd said, they are the same. If you're in to quirky fun games than this is one to get. Think of it as a funky Pilotwings

I agree. I got Puchi Copter last December (I believe?) and it is quite good fun.

Yeah, they're definitely the same game.

An important note for those who are considering buying this game:
Be sure to use the "pointer" control method rather than the "motion" one. The motion one makes the game almost unplayable.

Or better still, use the classic controller for some good analogue controls

I actually have only ever played the game with the motion control and I like it a lot. Its not perfect, but its fun and I played quite far through the game.

Yeah - that's what we were talking about. The Japanese version is called Puchi Copter, and the US version is called Mini Copter: Adventure Flight.
